Challenge
Staffing companies often rely on manual processes: employee data managed in Excel, documents collected via email, and deployment plans created by hand. This leads to errors, high administrative overhead, and poor scalability.
Solution
We developed StaffExpert as a multi-tenant SaaS platform where each tenant receives their own isolated Azure SQL database. Azure Document Intelligence processes documents automatically, and Azure Communication Services automates email communication. The UI is built on Fluent UI Blazor for a consistent, modern interface.
Project Overview
StaffExpert is cellcreek’s flagship product for the staffing industry. The platform was designed as a multi-tenant SaaS and enables staffing companies to digitize their entire business processes.
Architecture
At its core is the multi-database tenancy architecture: each tenant works with their own Azure SQL database, guaranteeing maximum data isolation and performance. The Blazor Server architecture enables a reactive user interface without the complexity of a separate frontend application.
AI Integration
Azure Document Intelligence automatically recognizes document types (IDs, permits, contracts), extracts relevant data, and assigns it to the correct employee profiles. This saves hours of manual data entry per week.
